Prophet Nina Marino

OUR LEADERS

Prophet Nina B. Marino (she/her) is a retired Registered Nurse and Legal Nurse Consultant. She was involved in the nursing profession for over forty years and in legal nurse consulting for over twenty years. Prophet Marino has loved the written word for a long time, especially reading and sharing books with children. Her work with children has spanned as a mother, grandmother, school nurse, child advocate, and childhood educator.

Celebrating her commitment to God's call, Prophet Marino was ordained as a prophet January 23, 2022 at Sanctuary International Fellowship Tabernacle - SIFT, where she is an active member. She serves her church community as a prophet and elder, overseeing the church's hospitality. She is also currently involved in the creation of Sanctuary's children's church and Sunday School programs.

Focused and dedicated, Prophet Marino is author of four children's books: Gideon - A Yellow Lab: A Love Story (Happiness House Books, 2017), Loving Fiona: The Story of a Very Special Dog (Happiness House Books, 2020), Fruit of the Spirit: God's Code for Living (Burning Bush Books, 2018), and Peter and the Lemon Meringue Pie (Happiness House Books, 2023). In her spare time, she enjoys crafts, sewing, crocheting, knitting, and alterations. She is self-taught in many of her crafting skills, observing from those around her. Along with her daughter, Lee Ann, she is a designer for Rose of Sharon Creations.
