Leadership
Sanctuary has a unique leadership model designed to train leaders in-house with practical ministry experience. Whether you've been in ministry for many years, you desire to start over again, or you are just discovering your calling and you're not sure how everything might fit together, we have a place just for you!
Ministers-in-training receive the opportunity to work on a membership team, discover and enhance spiritual gifts, preach, teach, and receive the rite of ordination, all while doing so in a spiritually safe atmosphere. Sanctuary offers leaders the chance to grow, change, heal, develop, and thrive as they come as they are, grow as God calls, and find what they need. If you're interested in growing as a leader with us, we'd love to hear from you! Contact us so we can meet, talk, and see how we can best serve your leadership training needs. We have opportunities for all genders and orientations in leadership.
